Rental Requirements & Policies

Please review our rental requirements and policies before booking.

Reservation Confirmation

Submitting an online reservation does not guarantee vehicle availability or confirm your booking. Your reservation is confirmed only after you speak with a Lead Lux Rentals representative who verifies that the vehicle is available or will be available for your scheduled pickup and confirms it is reserved for you.

Minimum Age

Renters must be at least 21 years old.

Valid Driver’s License

A valid driver’s license is required. Upload a clear photo while completing your online reservation before submitting it, or send us a clear photo before pickup.

Insurance & Protection Requirements

Renters must provide their own full-coverage auto insurance that covers the rental vehicle or purchase our daily protection plan. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is the minimum required selection when purchasing protection. Coverage and protection are subject to the applicable terms, exclusions, and renter responsibilities.

Security Deposit

Security deposits start at $300. Higher deposits may apply to premium and luxury vehicles. Confirm the deposit required for your selected vehicle before booking.

Payment Options

We accept payments through PayPal, Stripe, and Square, as well as in-store payments.

Deposit Refunds

Following the vehicle’s return and inspection, we immediately process the refund of any refundable security deposit balance. Your bank or payment provider determines when the funds become available in your account. Any applicable deductions will affect the amount refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are nonrefundable.

Late Returns

Vehicles must be returned by the scheduled return time. Late returns incur a minimum charge of $50, which may increase to a full additional day’s rental charge depending on how late the vehicle is returned, at Lead Lux Rentals’ discretion.

Rental Extensions

If you need to extend your rental, contact us before your scheduled return time. Extensions are not guaranteed and are subject to approval. Your original return time remains in effect unless we approve your extension.
